To help answer your questions regarding the Cambridge Addiction Recovery Protocol, we have provided frequently asked questions.

FAQ: Question 1 -Who Is Eligible For The Cambridge Protocol?
Age:Adults 18+
Gender:Male and Female
# of Clients:10
Treatment:Drug Addictions, Alcohol Addictions and other Substance Abuse issues.
Medical:A thorough History and Physical examination will be completed upon arrival by our medical staff. If you have had a Physical examination within the last 30 days, please provide a copy upon arrival at the location facility.
Emotional:Any prior psychological treatment information should be provided if there is any concern that it might interfere with a client’s ability to be treated for chemical dependency. As much as possible, mental and emotional disorders should be stable prior to your arrival at the location facility.
Physical:The Client will be expected to actively participate in all drug and alcohol addiction treatment programs and should be able to function without major limitations.
Self-Assessment:The Expectation Phase of the Protocol involves self-development workshops based on a wide variety of therapies.  All clients should be open to exploring this aspect of their lives.
Prior Treatment:Knowledge about any prior drug rehab treatments will be beneficial to the staff when evaluating the overall success of the study.
Pre-Admission:All clients will be required to fill out a Pre-Admission Assessment Form.  This information will help design your personalized regimen using the Cambridge Protocol.
Exclusion Criteria:Low blood pressure, as determined by sitting blood pressure less than 90/50 mm Hg. Clinically significant cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, paranoid disorder, bipolar disorder, or seizure disorder Advanced brain, heart, kidney, or liver disease. Active tuberculosis. Current febrile illness. AIDS-defining illness. Hepatitis B and C. Known pregnancy upon arrival to the location facility. Pending legal issues that may entail a jail stay during the protocol treatment.
